ActionWave builds practical tools and intelligent automations that simplify everyday tasks, improve efficiency, and help businesses work smarter.
We start with the everyday task that takes too long, then build the simplest tool that fixes it.
Focused tools for a specific job, like searching your carriers, tracking requests or looking up the answer your team keeps asking for.
Forms, reminders, approvals and reports that run on their own, so your people spend time on the work only they can do.
SharePoint sites, Power Apps and Excel workflows built where your team already works, so there is nothing new to learn or log into.
A market search assistant built around an agency's own carriers. Staff describe a risk in plain words, answer a few follow-up questions, and see which carriers are open to quote it.
Plans from $250 / month plus $1,500 setup.
Each one started as a real task an agency team repeated every week.

We build on tools you already pay for and know how to use.
If a tool needs a manual, we have not finished making it simple.
We keep tools current as your business changes.

Carrier Compass is a market search assistant built around your carriers. Meet Cari: your team describes a risk in plain words, answers a few follow-up questions, and sees which carriers are open to quote it.
Built and used inside a working independent agency. Setup for your agency starts with your own carrier list.
Carrier names in this example are placeholders. Your Carrier Compass uses your carriers.
Your producers and CSRs carry a lot of carrier knowledge in their heads. Carrier Compass puts it where everyone can reach it.
A household with five cars and two teen drivers. A contractor that subcontracts all of its work. No class codes or carrier names needed.
Cari asks what it needs to know and shows no carriers until your team has answered. Answer with a tap or type your own.
Your staff top picks appear first. Everything else that fits sits behind a Show more button so the answer stays short.
Each carrier card has an agent portal button and a Contacts arrow with underwriters and service desks. Your team maintains the list.
If no standard carrier is open to the risk, Cari shows your E&S wholesalers as the next step. They never sit next to your regular carriers.
Each note says what a carrier wants to see. No rating codes, no underwriting jargon, and a blank means your agency does not know yet.
Home, auto, farm, collector vehicles, umbrella and other lines your agency writes. Follow-up questions cover the things underwriters ask about, such as roof age, driver count, vehicle use and prior losses.
Contractors and trades, restaurants, retail, offices, lessors' risk and habitational, workers' comp, trucking and more, built from each carrier's own class lists and guidelines.
Your carrier information is yours. It is kept separate from every other agency's and is never shared.
Carrier Compass sits on a page in your SharePoint and reads carrier lists your team can edit. Access follows your existing permissions.
No SharePoint needed. Carrier Compass runs as a private link for your agency, with your carrier data kept in a simple sheet we maintain with you.
Staff describe the risk, not the client. Names, addresses and policy numbers do not belong in a search.
Prices below are starting points. Your quote depends on how many carriers and lines you want included.
Add these to any plan as your agency grows.
No. Cari points your team toward the carriers most likely to be open to a risk. The carrier's own underwriting guidelines always come first, and your team confirms with the carrier before quoting a client.
Yours. Your carrier list, staff picks and contacts are built for your agency only and are not shared with other agencies.
That is normal. A blank means your agency does not know yet, and a missing contact means none is on file. Cari works with what your team has, and you can fill gaps over time.
No. Staff describe the risk, such as the age of the home or the number of drivers. Names, addresses and policy numbers should stay in your agency management system.
Forward the carrier's email. Updates are included in your monthly fee, up to the limits of your plan, and are tested before they go live.
It depends on how many carriers and lines you want included. We agree on a launch date during the discovery call.
Book a 30-minute discovery call. We will talk through your lines, your carriers and what a launch would look like.
Every agency-billed policy, one step at a time.
Agency Bill Tracker walks your team through every step of an agency-billed policy, from pre-bind to policy delivery, so nothing gets skipped and nobody has to ask "where is this one?" It shows what is done, what is overdue, and what is coming up for renewal. It runs inside the Microsoft 365 your agency already has.
Later phases stay locked until coverage is confirmed, so a policy cannot be delivered before it is bound.
When a checklist is completed, the tool prompts staff to save it as a PDF and attach it to the policy in AMS360. Your file always shows who did what and when.
Closed files within 60 days of expiration are grouped by month and by executive. One click starts the renewal checklist with the details already filled in, or marks the policy as not renewing.
As renewals approach, reminders go out automatically to the executive assigned to the policy.
There is nothing new to install, no separate server and no extra login for staff.
Starting prices. Your quote depends on your agency's size and any customization you need. Agency Bill Tracker is also included in the complete ActionWave suite.

Time off, handled inside the SharePoint you already have.
Out of Office is a lightweight time-off tracker that runs inside your agency's existing SharePoint. Staff submit requests and see their balances, a manager approves them, and everyone gets the right emails and a shared calendar. There is nothing new to buy or host.
Employees choose a full or half day, the type of absence, and which leave bucket to use. Their remaining balance is shown up front.
The approver is notified of each new request, and the employee is notified when the status changes.
Holidays and approved time off appear on a shared calendar, and a daily email tells the office who is out.
Log an absence on someone's behalf, review a sortable balances table, and run PDF reports. Requests that cross the new year are split into separate entries automatically.
There is no server, no separate login and nothing to host. Your team signs in the way they already do.
Already in use at an independent agency with about 16 staff.
Starting prices. Your quote depends on your agency's size and any customization you need. Out of Office is also included in the complete ActionWave suite.

Know who is quoting and who is selling.
Leadline is a lead management and sales tracking tool that runs inside your agency's SharePoint. Producers log and work their leads, and managers see who is quoting and selling. Bonuses calculate automatically. It also connects to your agency management system, so a quoted or sold lead does not have to be typed in twice.
Paste in an unformatted lead, such as an email, a text or a web form, and AI pulls out the name, contact info and details into a clean record. Optional lookups for property research and VINs cut down on manual data entry.
Each producer works a Leads Pipeline and a Sold Leads and Stats view. A leaderboard gives the team visibility without anyone building reports in Excel.
Admins set the bonus rules once, and the tool calculates results from actual sold leads.
Leads can be marked House or My Account, and you control who can claim personal accounts. Admins get extra tabs (Closed Leads, Bonus Settings), and non-producer staff see a limited view.
Your lead data stays in your own SharePoint lists.
Starting prices. Your quote depends on your agency's size and any customization, such as your agency management system connection. Leadline is also included in the complete ActionWave suite.

Two policies, side by side, in minutes.
Parallel reads two insurance policy PDFs and lays them out side by side in a clear, organized report. Producers get a fast second set of eyes on quotes and renewals, covering coverages, limits, endorsements, exclusions and premium. It supports your manual review and does not replace it.
Upload two policies and get a report with Basic Information, Coverages and Limits, Endorsements, Exclusions and Total Premium. Each section collapses, and a Hide Matches toggle shows only the differences.
GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella and other lines each get their own section, so a package comparison stays easy to read.
It reads both text-based and scanned policies.
One click saves a clean, branded PDF, and there is a copyable summary for emails. A built-in reminder tells staff to verify against the actual policy.
No new tools for staff to learn or log into.
Starting prices, plus your own AI usage. Your quote depends on your agency's size and any customization. Parallel is also included in the complete ActionWave suite.

A lapsed license should never be a surprise.
Renewal Watch gives your agency one place to keep every producer's license number, state, expiration date and a copy of the license PDF. It runs inside the Microsoft 365 you already have, so there is nothing new to install or log into. Each month it emails you a list of licenses about to expire.
Every producer, license number, state and expiration date lives in one searchable table instead of scattered spreadsheets and email attachments.
A monthly email lists licenses expiring within 30 days and those expiring in 31 to 60 days, so renewals get handled in time.
Upload, view or replace a producer's license PDF right from their row, so the document is always next to the details.
Click anywhere on a producer's row to update it. It is easy enough for staff to use without training.
Each row has an Email button that opens Outlook so you can message the producer directly about an upcoming license renewal.
Works with Microsoft 365. Nothing goes to a third-party server.
Starting prices. Your quote depends on your agency's size and any customization. Renewal Watch is also included in the complete ActionWave suite.
